- Calls through our 0844 number are billed at a different rate depending on the time of day. Connections cost:
- 3.95p / minute peak
- 1p / minute off-peak (6pm - 6am)
- 1p / minute at weekends
- Do I Need To Install Any Software?
- No, you do not have to install any software.
- Can I Connect From Anywhere In The UK?
- Yes, our dialup internet access is available from any BT line in the UK.
- Is Your Internet Access ISDN Compatible?
- Yes, we are fully compatible with ISDN.
- Do I Need To Change Telephone Number?
- No, our internet access works with any BT line in the UK.
- What Do I Do If I Do Not Wish To Use Your Connection Any Longer?
- The answer is simple. Our service is basically a 'pay-as-you-go' internet connection. If you do not want to use the service any longer then do not use the telephone number to connect to the internet. As there is no monthly subscription, you will not need to worry about cancelling an account.
- Is It Apple Mac, Linux and Windows Compatible?
- Yes, you can use the dialup internet connection on any Apple Macintosh computer running Mac OS and Mac OS X. Our internet connection is also compatible with any PC running Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME and XP. Please consult our Configuration Guide for more detailed instructions. Linux is also compatible.
- Does The Connection Automatically Drop Out After 2 Hours?
- No, you can stay connected for as long as you want.
- Does This Service Serve Advertisements On My Computer?
- No, we do not advertise on your computer.
